RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for choosing Spruce Home! We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please review our return and exchange policy, including details for interior products, below:

- We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for most products.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Interior Products Policy:
- Interior products, including furniture and large decor items, will be evaluated in person before finalizing the purchase.
- Each supplier may have specific terms and conditions regarding returns and exchanges, which will be discussed with you prior to purchasing.
- You will be required to sign an agreement acknowledging the supplier's terms and conditions for interior products.
